Dutch solutions provider and systems integrator for professional systems Divitel has opened a branch in Willemstad, Curacao, called Divitel Americas, headed by Anil Sadhoeram.
The company already had branches in Germany and Portugal. Previously, customers in the Caribbean area and Latin America, mostly cable and telecom companies, were served from The Netherlands.
“As part of think global, act local, Divitel has opened an office in Willemstad. This will enable us to provide our existing and new customers in this region with an even better service,” said Sadhoeram, managing director of Divitel Americas, in a statement.
“We’ll be able to use our international knowledge and experience as a system integrator more effectively in the Caribbean and Latin America,” added Hans Kornmann, CEO of Divitel. “However, a precondition for being able to do business effectively is that the company is actually on the spot, and that’s where we are now.”
