Disney and the Russian DTH platform NTV-Plus have announced a 3D cooperation agreement.
Under the terms of the deal, the latter’s new 3D channel 3D by Panasonic will begin carrying Disney content in the format from this month.
The ‘starter pack’ in the contract between the two parties consists of 18 films, among them A Christmas Carol, Alice in Wonderland, V trilogy Toy Story and Beauty and the Beast.
3D by Panasonic was launched by NTV-Plus in October in partnership with Panasonic, the two parties having an agreement valid for one year, with the possibility of an extension up to March 2014.
