B.net has declared itself the first fully profitable alternative telco in Croatia.
Results published by the company, which is the country’s leading cable operator, show that its revenues in the fiscal year ended September 30 amounted to HRK202.6 million (€27.2 million), or HRK49.3 million more than a year earlier.
EBIT meanwhile moved into positive territory, rising by HRK35.4 million to HRK14.67 million over the same period.
B.net’s digital services now reach 241,000 households, and nearly half of its subscribers opt for double or triple play services.
The number of broadband internet and fixed line telephony subscribers each exceeded 50,000 this November, the figures representing 60% and 92% increases on a year earlier.
