CME has accepted the resignation of Petr Dvorak, the company’s senior VP broadcasting.
Dvorak will also be stepping down from his role as an executive director of CET 21, a wholly owned subsidiary of CME that controls its TV channels in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Dvorak has been with CME for the last five years and will leave the company at the end of December.
Anthony Chhoy, CME’s senior VP strategy planning and operations, will take on the management of CME’s broadcasting division. Jan Andrusko will meanwhile become the new CEO of CET 21 on January 1, 2011.
CME is a vertically integrated media and entertainment company with interest in six Central and East European countries.
