The Luxembourg based international HD channel Luxe.TV will continue broadcasting under its own name. The operation will be lead by the founder of the channel, Jean Stock, according to an email sent to Broadband TV News.
The announcement follows the news that the Luxe.tv channel, with programming on the luxury lifestyle, was supposed to continue broadcasting under a different name. However, founder and broadcast veteran Jean Stock has now decided to continue operations under the original name.
The short statement said: “Jean Stock, founder of the Luxembourg based Luxe.TV channel and former TV executive with various leading media companies across Europe, was chosen on October 29, 2010, by the Luxembourg Insolvency Administrator in charge of the winding-up process of the operating company, DVL.TV S.A., as the exclusive party to become the new owner of the Luxe.TV network.
Accordingly, as part of this continuation plan, Luxe.TV will remain available to its viewers through their usual operators under its historic name, Luxe.TV.”
