The Polish cable operator Vectra has announced changes to its programming offer that come into effect on September 1.
They will see the addition of three more HD channels – Nat Geo Wild HD, Mezzo Live HD and Fox Life HD – to its Platinum package, bringing the total number in the format to 10.
At the same time, its Zloty (Gold) package will start carrying Nat Geo Wild and Nat Geo HD. This will increase the number of HD channels in the package to two.
Vectra now offers 146 digital channels, 16 of which are in HD. It is the second largest cable operator in Poland after UPC, claiming 770,000 subscribers in 155 cities throughout the country.
