IBC 2010 – Hall 4, Stand B70. Humax is to unveil a new range of portal services for its range of internet-enabled set-top boxes.
Humax has made the inclusion of the BBC iPlayer a key selling point of its Freesat and Freeview HD set-top boxes. It is also one of the “manufacturer supporters” of Project Canvas and Humax staff will be available to talk about its role in the BBC-led initiative.
Also on display will be a range of set-top boxes, digital television recorders and high definition (HD) receivers for the European market. This includes new products for the Spanish and French markets and new T2 products for the UK and Scandinavia, in particular the HDR-FOX T2 for Freeview, which launches in the UK in July 2010.
