Liberty Global has increased its stock repurchase programme by an additional $250 million (€203.1 million), bringing the total availability – as of June 11 – to around $309 million.
Up until June 11 this year, the company had already repurchased some $480 million of its common stock.
Under the stock programme, Liberty Global can acquire its Series A and/or Series C common stock from time to time. The programme can be suspended or discontinued at any time.
