The Polish pre-pay DTH platform Telewizja na karte (TNK) is to add HD channels to its offer. From this coming Friday (May 21), viewers will be able to receive two completely new packages.
The first, simply called HD, will offer 25 channels, of which two (TVN HD and TVN HD1) will be in HD, and cost PLN19.90 (€4.94) a month.
The second, known as HD Premium, will offer 10 HD channels and also cost PLN19.90. Viewers will also be able to watch FTA DTT channels free of charge.
Wirtualne Media reports that reception of the service will be through ADB receivers. Separately, it also says that TNK’s sister service n will launch a multiroom offer this autumn.
