UPC is to offer its Fiber Power internet service at a significantly reduced price in the Czech Republic from May 1.
The 100 Mbps offer will cost CZK999 (€39.30) including VAT a month, as opposed to the current CZK1,765. At the same time, the 50 Mbps service will fall from CZK1,311 a month including VAT to CZK799.
Commenting on the reductions, UPC Czech’s general director Vaclav Barton hinted there would soon also be similar price cuts for internet services offered to corporate clients. UPC’s high speed internet service was accessible to 1,208,000 Czech homes as of the end of last year.
