The UK-based mobile technologies, applications and services company ROK Entertainment and Russian mobile TV service company KOX TV have launched a carrier-agnostic streamed mobile TV service in Russia.
Branded KOX TV, it is being made available to customers of Beeline, Megafone, MTS and Tele 2 who have a data package included in their mobile tariff.
KOX TV comprises 12 looped and on-demand channels (six Russian and six English language) and costs R247 (€6.13) a month, with the first two months offered free of charge.
