The Polish DTH platform n ended 2009 with an active subscriber base of 692,000 post-paid customers, or almost 40% more than a year earlier.
In total, it acquired 302,000 new post-paid customers in 2009. Significantly, 60% of net additions were in the last quarter and annual ARPU was up by 14% year-on-year.
The pre-pay service TNK also had a successful year, with the overall customer base reaching 440,000. In total, 348,000 new pre-paid cards were sold in the year, with the active customer base up by 170,000.
As in the case of n, 60% of net additions were in Q4, while annual ARPU amounted to PLN9.5 (€2.07).
