The Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska has added Animal Planet HD to its line-up. It becomes the ninth Discovery channel offered by the company and is being made available in its Cyfrowy HD package alongside Discovery HD Showcase.
Two other Discovery channels – Discovery Historia and ID Investigation Discovery – are carried in another digital package named Cyfrowy Komfort.
The other Discovery channels carried by Multimedia Polska, which last week announced it has over 100,000 digital subscribers, are Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Discovery World, Discovery Science and Discovery Travel&Living.
