The Latvian incumbent telco Lattelecom has signed an agreement with Viasat for the immediate restoration of TV3 on its IPTV service Lattelecom Interactive TV.
As a result, the dispute between the two parties has ended, with both “agreed not to provide any further comments on this issue”.
Lattelecom Interactive TV will now offer viewers both TV3 and TV6. Just days ago, TeliaSonera-backed Lattelecom announced that it had ended 2009 with 55,000 pay-TV subscribers, of whom 43,000 received its IPTV service.
