The new Polish kids channel Polsat JimJam has begun trial transmissions.
According to Satkurier, the service, which is operated jointly by the national commercial broadcaster Polsat and Chello Zone, is being distributed FTA via Hot Bird 8 at 13 degrees East.
However, once fully up and running it will be encrypted in Nagravision 3 and replace JimJam, which is distributed by – amongst others – the DTH platforms Cyfrowy Polsat and n and cable operator UPC.
