The Polish news channel TVN24 has announced the death of Jan Wejchert, the president of ITI Group, after a short illness.
Aged 59, Wejchert was a leading figure in Poland’s TV industry, having created ITI Group and launched a number of stations, including TVN and TVN24, with his business partner Mariusz Walter.
