Lithuania’s TeliaSonera-backed incumbent telco TEO LT has defied difficult economic conditions by posting a year-on-year increase in its consolidated revenues in the first nine months of 2009.
They amounted to LTL617.6 million (€178.9 million), while EBITA rose by 2.1% to LTL279.3 million and net profit by 3.7% to LTL134.2 million.
The number of subscribers to its DTT and IPTV services meanwhile almost doubled to 91,700 over the same period.
