TeliaSonera has raised its stake in the Estonian incumbent telco Eesti Telekom to 97.8%.
At the same time, it has increased its ownership in the Lithuanian incumbent TEO LT to 68.08% of voting shares and 64.9% of shares.
Both Eesti Telekom and TEO LT are leading players in their respective pay-TV markets.
