The German cable operators KabelBW has said that its 100 Mbps fast broadband access service is now available to over 50% of its connected households.
At the moment, the 32 Mbps speeds are reaching 100% of the cabler’s footprint. KabelBW is now fast upgrading its network to make 100 Mbps speeds available across the entire network.
Using the Docsis 3.0 standard, cable now offers access speeds up to four time those of VDSL2. The cabler markets the service under the CleverKabel 100 brand.
