Sci Fi Channel will make its debut in a number of countries of the former Yugoslavia and the Balkans region on October 1.
It will be offered by the Serbia Broadband (SBB) platform in Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro and as be made available for distribution in (amongst others) Albania, Kosovo and Macedonia.
Sci Fi is operated by NBC Universal Global Networks and airs in over 30 countries around the world.
In the CEE region, it made its debut in Poland in December 2007 and has more recently also been launched in Romania (April 2008) and Russia (May 2008).
