TechniSat Digital has started supplying Antenna Hungária with the HDT4, DVB-T MPEG-4 HD set-top box.
Specially developed according to the requirements of the Hungarian transmission company, it will be used for reception of the DTT service MinDigTV.
TechniSat, with its partner bank Polgári Takarészövetkezet, is making the box available for a monthly fee no higher than 1% of the Hungarian net minimum salary.
MinDigTV offers a total of five FTA channels, three of which are in HD, on two multiplexes.
One of the multiplexes also offers Terra+, a two-channel pre-paid service operated by Antenna Digital.
