ESPN has confirmed agreements with the DTT pay platform Top Up TV and the IPTV network BT Vision.
The new sports channel is being made available to Top Up TV subscribers free of charge for the first month as from today (August 4), after which it will be offered for £9.99 (€11.7) a month. The agreement was widely anticipated following the demise of Setanta Sports. Sister channel ESPN America had been filling the gap since last month’s closure.
Separately, though drawing on the same DTT signal, ESPN is available with BT Vision’s Bronze, Silver or Gold Value Packs at no extra cost, with prices starting from £7.34 a month for the first three months, £14.68 per month thereafter.
