The Slovak IPTV service Magio has added HBO HD and Discovery HD to its offer.
The former will be available free of charge to subscribers that opt for its Premium 2 and Premium 1+2 packages, while the latter will be offered free for the first three months.
Magio is operated by the incumbent telco T-Com and comes as part of a package that has since the beginning of this month included internet access at speeds of up to 80 Mbps.
T-Com quotes the GfK Navigator 2009 survey, which says that 18.3% homes in the country now have HD-ready sets.
