The Polish commercial broadcaster Polsat is to merge its interests with those of Media Biznes.
Quoting a Polsat spokesman, Wirtualne Media says the move is being made to simplify the structures of the two companies.
Polsat acquired Media Biznes, the operator of the TV channel TV Biznes, in 2007.
