TVN meanwhile saw its share of the ad market fall by 5.3% year-on-year in Q1 2009.
Although that for the TV ad market specifically was down by 1.2%, it still accounted for 34% of spend among the main TV groups, which was higher than both Polsat (28%) and TVP (33%).
Subscriber figures for its main thematic channels TVN24, TVN Style, TVN Turbo, TVN Meteo and TVN CNBC were all significantly higher in Q1 2009 than a year earlier.
