Liberty Global has agreed to sell its Slovenian operation UPC Telemach to Mid Europa Partners for an undisclosed fee.
Earlier, it had been reported earlier that the private equity firm had allocated €130-150 million for the acquisition of 100% of the company.
Mid Europa Partners has a growing portfolio of interests in CEE that includes a stake in Serbia Broadband (SBB), the leading pay-TV company in Serbia.
UPC Telemach is the largest cable operator in Slovenia, with a market share of around 40%.
The deal remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval.
