The Playout and facilities house TSI Broadcast has been sold to WRN Ltd, marking the end of a two-year period following the rescue of the company by director Nick Doff.
Since its formation in 1992, WRN has grown from an aggregator of international radio broadcasts to a channel manager, and in recent months the provider of playout and television services to television clients.
In a message to customers, Doff said he would be building a new business to deliver television through the internet. Other key employees will remain with the company.
