The Latvian State Radio and TV Centre (LVRTC) and incumbent telco Lattelecom have signed an agreement that will enable all of the country to be covered by DTT signals by the end of this year.
The deal effectively gives Lattelecom access to the LVRTC’s infrastructure as it prepares to launch the country’s first DTT operation.
