SecureMedia has been revealed as the supplier of content protection services to conn-x TV, the OTE-backed IPTV platform launched last month.
conn-x has deployed the Encryptonite ONE System to protect its offering of 30 domestic and international channels and video on demand library. The technology includes platform extensions to enable digital forensics to track, identify and deter content piracy.
conn-x TV is initially being made available in the regional centres of Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras, Larissa and Iraklion, Crete.
