The Polish cable operator Vectra plans to invest over PLN100 million (€21.8 million) on its infrastructure in Warsaw in the next few years.
Quoted in PB, its president Tomasz Zuranski said that it aims to eventually become the third largest operator in the city (after UPC and Aster).
Vectra, though the second largest operator in Poland as a whole, only entered the lucrative Warsaw market in January, when it acquired a 44.12% stake in the local company Spray.
Zuranski added that Vectra planned to provide the same triple play services, including digital TV, in Warsaw as in other parts of Poland.
