The Polish multimedia company Agora has emerged as a possible buyer of the regional station TV Puls.
Quoted in Wirtualne Media, Agora’s president Piotr Niemczynski would not rule out such a move, adding: “we are analysing everything.”
TV Puls was backed by Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp until last November, when the latter sold its stake back to the Fransciscan Brothers and Dariusz Dabski.
It has since been actively seeking a new investor and linked at various times with Axel Springer, Bertelsmann and now (again) Agora.
