The Lithuanian incumbent telco TEO LT has been accused by its competitors of failing to reduce interconnection charges.
According to Alfa, they say that the telco, which is one of the key players in the county’s TV industry, operating both an IPTV and DTT service, is not applying rates imposed by the country’s Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) in August 2008.
The RRT has already begun to investigate the complaint and could fine TEO LT up to 3% of its annual income.
