The HD channel MTV HD will launch in Germany sometime this spring, according to a spokesperson from MTV Network in Berlin. No details about the platforms on which the channel will be available have been released.
MTV HD offers a mix of music programming and Nickelodeon kids programmes. It is currently available in number of territories including France and Scandinavia. Negotiations are under way with platforms across Europe to add the channel.
