MTVNHD has launched on the Sky+ HD platform. The channel has been allocated EPG number 384 and will be available to in excess of half a million homes.

The addition of MTVNHD caters not only to our customers’ passion for great content, but also their ever increasing passion for the intensity of HD.”
Over the past two years MTV has commissioned over 300 hours of programming in the HD format. The output from the Warsaw-based channel will include the MTV Top 20, presented by Latin American VJ Franciso Ortiz, and Chartblast, a daily countdown hosted by Carmen Electra.
As well as content drawn from MTV there will also be contributions from VH1 and a Saturday and Sunday morning programming block from Nickelodeon that will see the HD debut of SpongeBob SquarePants, Avatar: The Legend of Aang, Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, Tak & the Power of Juju and Mr. Meaty.
