Over half of the Czech population will be able to receive DTT services from this Monday (December 15).
According to Parabola, the switching off of analogue transmitters in Susice-Svatobor and Chomutov-Jedlová, followed by the activation of digital transmitters, will ensure that 58.1% of the population, and 52.3% of the territory of the Czech Republic, are within the reach of DTT transmissions.
The move will be in accordance with the Technical Transition Plan (TTP) as the country prepares for ASO, set for October 2011.
