The Polish MSO Multimedia Polska has added a new HD package to its offer.
According to the operator, Cyfrowy HD (Digital HD) consists of Polsat Sport HD, Discovery HD and MTVN HD and costs PLN19 (€4.9) a month to receive.
Another channel – Luxe TV HD – will be added to the offer in the next few days, bringing the total number of HD services provided by Multimedia Polska to nine.
Although HD was introduced into Poland by the DTH platform n two years ago and the early running in providing services in the format made by the DTH sector in general, Poland’s leading cable operators have since more than made up for lost time.
