The French media authority CSA has awarded four more local digital terrestrial licences. In Cap Nice-Menton, the new channel will be supported by Groupe Hersant Média.
The Groupe Hersant Média also won the licence for the area of Toulon-Hyères. Territorial TV, a project of La Télé du Net and Patrick Fabre, will broadcast in Bar-le-Duc, and for the area of Epinal-Vittel the new licence holder will be Images Plus.
