Subscriber levels at Cablecom stagnated in the third quarter after delays in the introduction of a new customer care platform held up the addition of new customers.
Just 5,000 new TV customers were added while internet and telephony lost 2,000 and 1,000 subscribers respectively. Cablecom has 1,237,000 analogue TV subscribers, down by 3,000, and 329,000 digital subscribers, up 8,000.
Revenues grew 5.2% year on year to SFr274 million (€182.72 million).
