UPC Nederland adds two HD channels

UPC Nederland today said it will add two more HD channels to its digital bouquet on November 15. As previously reported in Broadband TV News, the two channels are Eurosport HD and Melody Zen HD.

The HD line-up on UPC now consists of eight channels, with National Geographic Channel HD, Discovery HD, Voom HD, The History Channel HD and the premium channels Film 1 and Sport 1 having already been made available.

UPC will also add the Dutch SD channel NostagieNet to its extended digital tier. The channel specialises in programming from yesteryear.
