T-Home offers free PVR to new customers

November 4, 2008 08.05 Europe/London By Robert Briel

The German IPTV platform T-Home has launched a new marketing initiative by giving away a free PVR to new subscribers of the T-Entertainment bouquet. The recorder offers 160 GB capacity and includes an HD tuner.

The promotion will run until the end of the year. The PVR usually costs €49.99, but the fee wil be waived for new subscribers signing up to the T-Entertain bouquet, which retails for €49.95 a month for broadband access, telephony, a basic tier of 70 TV channels and access to the Videoload VOD service.
