A further eight transmitters in the region of Lower Austria will switch to digital only on November 18. From today, a special text message is blended in with the analogue broadcasts to warn viewers of the upcoming switch-off.
In addition to the eight transmitters that will simulcast analogue and digital until November 18, another eleven transmitters will perform a “hard” switch-off on the same date with no dual carriage.
