MTV Networks in Germany plans to have Comedy Central and Nick share a channel. They currently each have their own channel.
The plan is to schedule Nick programming from 06.00, with Comedy Central taking over at 20:15 with an overnight schedule. The changeover, which will take place on all platforms, will start on January 1, 2009.
Both Nick and Comedy Central are available free-to-air on the Astra satellite and are also part of the “free” TV offer on cable.
