Arte makes room for home shopping

The Franco-German cultural channel Arte is slowly withdrawing from Dutch analogue distribution and will from now on only be available in basic digital. The move is being made as soon as current analogue distribution contracts run out.

Last week, the channel was replaced in the cities of Zoetermeer, Delft and Amstelveen by the home shopping chnannel ShopZo Suus on the Ziggo network. Arte remains part of the basic digital tier on all Ziggo networks.
