The Spanish cable operator ONO has posted a record 10 million viewings of its VOD service in September, or 66% more than at the beginning of the year.
According to the operator, six in 10 of its subscribers with access to the service, which is known as Videoclub, use it regularly.
It adds that Videoclub currently has around 2,000 titles in its library, of which over 500 are movies and 70% available free of charge to its subscribers.
Separately, following its announcement last month, the launch of ONO’s 50 and 100Mbps broadband internet service is expected to place today (October 15) in Madrid.
