Poland’s Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) has officially announced a DVH-tender.
Interested parties have until January 1, 2009 to submit their bids, with only one application per party permitted.
The multiplex licence on offer will allow the winner to operate a mobile TV service in 31 towns and cities up to May 31, 2015 and nationally from June 1, 2015 to December 31, 2023.
They will be required to allocate at least 66% of the multiplexes’ capacity to TV and radio services and to distribute at least 10 such services.
