News Corp has selected a new company to advise it on the sale of the Bulgarian national commercial station bTV.
According to an agency report, it has opted for the services of JP Morgan Chase, rather than Lehman Brothers, which went bust earlier this month.
CME has emerged as a frontrunner to buy bTV, with the second stage of the bidding process due to take place in October.
In a separate development, it has been reported that Bulgarian cable operators are preparing to lodge a complaint with the anti-trust body over bTVs demands for carriage charges for its service.
