The DTH Television Group has secured a loan of €18.5 million from the UniCredit Tiriac Bank.
It will used to finance the development of its DTH platform Boom, one of five currently operating in the Romanian marketplace.
The DTH Television Group is an Israeli company, while UniCredit Tiriac Bank is part of UniCredit Group, which claims to be the largest banking group in CEE.
