CanalSat will launch its first “legal” DTH bouquets for viewers in Switzerland on October 1. The offer will bring both the Canal+ premium channels and a large number of French language channels to Swiss viewers.
Earlier this year, CanalSat stopped serving “grey” subscribers in the country. However, the operator promised to come up with a legal solution once it had cleared all the rights for reception in Switzerland.
The offer will start with an “essential” bouquet of all the major French terrestrial digital channels, as well as a number of thematic channels, for CHF35 (€22) a month. In addition, viewers will be able to subscribe to two additional “packs” for CHF10 a month.
The Canal+ premium bouquet will cost CHF35 a month, with a special introductory price of CHF25 for the first four months. A complete package of all premium and CanalSat channels will cost CHF75.
