A localised version of NonStop Television’s quality film channel Silver will be launched in the Baltic Republics on October 1.
It will initially be made available by Estonia’s Elion, which operates an IPTV platform named DigiTV and also has a presence in the cable sector, and subsequently also introduced in Latvia and Lithuania.
Silver is already available in both SD and HD in the Nordics, and holds the distinction of being the first film channel to be offered 24/7 on a mobile platform in Europe.
NonStop Television, along with the distribution and marketing agent, Wide Media, already offers VOOM HD and the entertainment channel Star! in the Baltics.
