Freesat has launched the +1 hour versions of Channel 4 services Film4 + 1, More4 + 1, and E4 + 1 as the free-to-air platform slowly populates its EPG.
At the same time the BBC-ITV owned platform has added five radio channels from Irish public broadcaster RTE; RTÉ Radio 1, RTÉ 2fm, RTÉ lyric fm and RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta.
In the past few days Channel 4 has been reconfiguring the technical parameters of its channels at 28.2 degrees East, sharing the feeds between Freesat and Sky Digital.
